Here is one I found that will work: However, there are two problems with it. It only seems to work if you make the CD-ROM drive the root home directory (ie: E:\ equivalent to /). The version I tried didn't appear to work with /stand/sysinstall once the system is up and running, but since I tried it several bugfixed versions have come out, so this may be fixed.
