While I'm hoping that the book will be popular enough to father a Second Edition, all of that hinges on sales of the book. For the First Printing, Second Printing and so on, any differences between them will all be covered in the Errata on this Web site. Note that subsequent printings are NOT new editions--they are simply more printings of the first set of plates. There is an allowance to correct typos and errata but not to rewrite the entire book.
