CD-ROM
The CDROM itself should have the following phrase printed on it in addition to the other printing:
"This product includes software developed by the University of
California, Berkeley and its contributors."
In the CD-ROM warranty on the last page, regarding the statement, "The contents of this CD-ROM are intended for noncommercial use only"--according to Jacqui Doucette, AWL Production Manager, This strictly means that the CD cannot be reproduced and sold without prior consent.
"Commercial" use in terms of using it in corporate training seminars or anything of that sort is absolutely fine.
